Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled, as each artwork is prepared and packaged individually.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
Processing Time
Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping
We offer FREE shipping within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
If you prefer a different carrier, optional expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us before or immediately after placing your order to arrange this service.
For international shipping, please contact us prior to purchase so we can provide availability, timelines, and a custom shipping quote. International shipments may be subject to VAT, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Returns & Damage Policy
Because each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, all sales are final.
Returns are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged:

Damage claims are reviewed case by case, and we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately, including insurance claims when applicable.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that packages can be safely received.
